About Us

Foodboss is an established, privately owned transport and logistics business specialising in refrigerated transport, distribution and cold storage across NSW and interstate.

We are seeking an experienced Transport Manager with a proven track record of leading teams, improving operational performance and delivering results.

The Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing our transport operations team.
- Overseeing daily fleet operations, scheduling and resource allocation.
- Managing operational KPIs, fleet utilisation and profitability.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and delivery performance.
- Ensuring compliance with HVNL,



Chain of Responsibility and safety requirements.
- Driving operational improvements and efficiencies.

About You

- Proven experience in a Transport Manager or comparable leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving operational KPIs and improving performance.
- Strong people management and decision-making skills.
- Sound commercial understanding of transport costs and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of transport operations and compliance.
- Ability to take ownership, solve problems and deliver results.

Experience in refrigerated transport or food distribution will be highly regarded. What We Offer
