We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Warehouse Pick Packers to support our client’s warehouse operations in Sunshine North VIC, in preparation for their upcoming Black Friday sale commencing on 4 November.

This is a great prospect for warehouse workers who are comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment and can help ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently during the busy sale period.

Position Details

- Location: Tottenham, VIC

- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Pay Rate: $33.05 per hour + super

- Sale Commencement: 4 November

- Paid Trial Shift: Scheduled for the week prior to the sale

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the area you are assigned to, your responsibilities may include:

- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Replenishing shelves and ensuring stock is available for picking.

- Packing orders and preparing them for dispatch.

- Processing orders using the company's computer system.

- Using RF scanners to pick, scan, and process stock.

- Preparing bulk orders for shipment.

- Moving stock and trolleys safely around the warehouse.

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area.

- Following warehouse procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.

Performance Targets (KPIs)

KPIs will depend on your assigned work area:

- Packstation:



160 orders per day

- Picking: 100 orders per hour

- Bulkship: 200 orders per day

- Refill: 6 trolleys loaded per hour

You will be expected to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safe working practices.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous pick-packing or warehouse experience.

- Experience using RF scanners.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual warehouse duties.

- A reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude.

- The ability to follow instructions and warehouse procedures.

- Your own reliable car and a valid driver's licence.

- Flexibility and availability to work on an on-call basis during the campaign.

Important Information – Black Friday Sale

We are recruiting warehouse staff to support our client's Black Friday sale, which commences on 4 November.

Successful candidates will be required to attend a paid trial shift during the week before the sale begins. This will allow candidates to demonstrate their warehouse skills and suitability for the role ahead of the busy sale period.

Please ensure you are available for the paid trial shift and the sale commencement date.
