The Role

- Manage a diverse workers’ compensation caseload from initial instructions through to resolution, providing strategic and practical legal advice throughout the process.
- Conduct negotiations with insurers and key stakeholders, prepare legal documentation, and represent clients in conciliations, conferences, mediations, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Build strong client relationships while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the broader personal injury practice.





About You

- You will ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ post-admission experience and demonstrated experience practising in workers’ compensation law.
- You will bring robust advocacy, negotiation, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
- You will have excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, a collaborative approach, and the empathy to support clients through challenging personal circumstances.
