Practice Manager – Microsoft Business Applications Australia / New Zealand | NTT DATA Seeking expressions of Interest

This is an opportunity to lead and grow NTT DATA’s Microsoft Business Applications practice across Australia and New Zealand. We’re looking for an accomplished technology consulting leader who can bring together commercial growth, outstanding client delivery, robust people leadership and deep engagement with the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll take ownership of the performance and continued development of the practice, translating strategy into sustainable business outcomes.

What you’ll do As Practice Manager, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across the Microsoft Business Applications practice, with accountability spanning:

Practice strategy, growth and market development

Revenue, pipeline, profitability and P&L; performance

Executive sponsorship of key client opportunities, bids and proposals

Delivery excellence across the practice portfolio

Leadership, coaching and development of practice leaders and teams

Microsoft alliance relationships, joint business planning and co-sell activity

Capability development, innovation and evolving service offerings

Workforce planning, governance and operational performance.

You’ll work closely with sales leaders,



client executives, delivery managers, practice leads, Microsoft stakeholders and NTT DATA leadership, while representing the practice in executive customer governance and business reviews.

What we’re looking for You’ll bring:

10+ years’ leadership experience within technology consulting or professional services

Demonstrated success leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices, or similar business applications experience

Proven experience managing a consulting P&L;

Strong business development and senior client relationship capability

Experience leading large, complex technology delivery portfolios

Experience leading senior consulting teams

Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Just as importantly, you’ll combine strategic thinking and commercial acumen with customer-focused leadership, delivery accountability, talent development and the ability to lead through change.
