Legal Expert — Restructuring (Project Donna) Type

Contract Compensation

$100–$120/hour Location

Remote Commitment

18 hours Role Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated legal content in restructuring and insolvency to enhance accuracy and depth. Review six blinded AI deliverables for alignment with legal principles and methodologies. Conduct five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output. Provide clear, structured feedback with a short, specific rationale for each preference. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. Qualifications





Must-Have

Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in restructuring and insolvency. Ability to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, judgment, and usefulness. Accurate written English skills. Ability to work independently to written instructions and a deadline. Compensation & Legal
