Senior Digital Manager

to lead the technology delivery, performance and evolution of eCommerce and digital platforms within a rapidly expanding global retail business.

Reporting to the CIO, you will lead a team of 12, drive the digital technology roadmap and ensure scalable, high-performing platforms support continued international growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop and inspire a team of 12 digital and technology professionals.

Own the eCommerce technology roadmap, development backlog and end-to-end delivery.

Drive platform performance, stability, integrations and continuous improvement.

Provide hands‑on technical leadership across architecture, development and delivery.

Manage technology partners, budgets, governance and senior stakeholder relationships.

Deliver innovative, customer‑focused digital solutions in a rapid‑paced global retail environment.

About You

7+ years' technical experience, including strong expertise in





Shopify Plus, Magento or similar enterprise eCommerce platforms .

Proven experience leading digital technology teams and complex eCommerce delivery.

Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, front‑end development and cloud platforms.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and enterprise retail systems.

Commercially minded, decisive and comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on technical levels.

An engaging leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results at pace.
