An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Corporate Lawyer to join a growing and innovative legal practice.

Working closely with business owners, investors, executives and boards, you will advise on a broad range of corporate transactions while playing a key role in mentoring lawyers, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

The Role:

Advise on M&A; transactions, business acquisitions and disposals.

Assist with private equity, venture capital and capital raising matters.

Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including share sale and shareholder agreements.

Advise on corporate structuring, governance and strategic business initiatives.

Lead transactions from due diligence through to completion.

Mentor and support junior lawyers.





Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives.

About You:

10+ years' PAE in Corporate, M&A; and transactional matters.

Solid drafting, negotiation and client management skills.

Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Demonstrated business development capability.
