The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Tailor / Fitter to join our team full-time.

This is a key role within the business ideal for someone who is:

- Highly skilled in garment fitting and pinning

- Confident working with bridal, formalwear, and luxury garments

- Professional, reliable, and aligned with a team-first environment

You will play an important role in delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting a structured, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client fittings with confidence and precision

- Pin garments accurately for alterations (bridal, formalwear, menswear & everyday wear)





- Provide expert advice on garment fit, structure, and styling

- Ensure clear and accurate communication with tailors

- Perform quality control on completed garments

- Manage client expectations with professionalism and care

- Assist with shop accounts and client relationships

- Support daily operations including garment organisation and workflow coordination

- Identify opportunities to upsell services where appropriate

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- Minimum 3–5 years experience in garment fitting / styling / alterations

- Strong technical understanding of garment construction

- Experience with bridal and formalwear fittings

- High attention to detail and workmanship standards

- Strong communication and client service skills
