We're currently seeking a Diploma Educator or experienced Certificate III Educator to join a well-established early learning service with a strong reputation for quality education

The Role

As an Educator, you'll play an important role in creating engaging learning experiences and supporting children's growth, wellbeing and development.

You'll join an experienced team and contribute to a positive, inclusive and welcoming environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the delivery of engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contributing to observations, programming and documentation
- Creating safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environments
- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to maintain high-quality education and care practices

About You

We're looking for someone who:





- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or is actively working towards one
- Alternatively holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with solid industry experience
- Has previous experience working in an early childhood setting
- Is reliable, professional and team-oriented
- Demonstrates initiative and confidence within the room
- Can build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Is seeking a long-term opportunity with a supportive employer

Essential Requirements

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Blue Card
- Full Australian working rights
