Looking for solid, paid work this summer? Teacher Superstore is heading into its busiest time of year. We need reliable people in our Ringwood warehouse for our summer peak from 1 December 2026 to 28 February 2027, with paid training shifts starting from mid-November. This role suits anyone free over summer, whether you're an experienced warehouse hand who likes casual work, a uni student on break, or between roles.

We're one of Australia's leading educational retailers. Every summer, teachers, schools and parents across the country rely on us for learning resources as they prepare for the new school year. Our warehouse keeps those orders moving, and this summer you could be part of it.

What you'll be doing

- Picking and packing online orders

- Assembling products we manufacture

- Booking parcels for courier collection

- Unpacking and checking supplier deliveries

- Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised and safe

- Helping out in retail or admin when it's busy

You'll suit this role if you

- Are free for most or all of December to February

- Are reliable and turn up on time, because the team counts on you

- Like being on your feet and don't mind lifting and moving stock

- Take care to get the details right

- Are comfortable using computers

- Are happy to learn and get stuck in





If you've done warehouse work before, even better. No experience? That's fine too. We'll train you. Attitude matters more to us than experience.

The details

- Paid training shifts from mid-November and into December to get you ready before our busiest weeks

- Casual role, award wage plus super (casual loading included)

- Shifts Monday to Friday, generally 9am to 5:15pm. Some shifts may start earlier (7am or 8am) when it's busy.

- Hours vary week to week depending on how busy we are, with up to full-time hours at peak times. Full-time availability is preferred, but hours aren't guaranteed.

- Free in office parking

- A friendly team led by an experienced Warehouse Supervisor

Please be upfront about your availability

We build our rosters around who is available and when, so we need to know early. In your application, tell us:

- When you're available for training shifts in November and December

- Which days and hours you can work between 1 December and 28 February

- Any holidays, travel or time off you need, with dates

Having a week away planned won't automatically rule you out. We just need to know before we roster you. Applications that don't include availability may not be considered.
