As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced Property Manager with proven end-to-end portfolio management skills and strong working knowledge of PropertyMe to join our team.

About the Role

This is an end-to-end portfolio management role requiring extensive property management experience and strong working knowledge of PropertyMe. The focus is service, compliance, operational efficiency, and structured weekly prospecting. You will work within defined systems while maintaining the personalised communication our landlords expect.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

- End-to-end management of a property portfolio

- Professional communication with landlords and tenants

- Rent arrears management, lease renewals, and rental increases

- Assist with onboarding new managements when required

Compliance & Systems

- Ensure compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation

- RTBA Bond Lodgements

- Maintain accurate records and workflows using PropertyMe

Inspections & Maintenance

- Routine, entry, and exit inspections using Inspection Express

- Maintenance coordination and follow-ups

- Open home attendance on weekdays and Saturdays, as required

Portfolio Growth





This is not a standalone BDM role; however, structured weekly prospecting forms part of professional portfolio management.

You will:

- Undertake weekly prospecting activity

- Follow up database and referral opportunities

- Convert new management opportunities

Prospecting is supported by a transparent, uncapped commission structure that genuinely rewards growth.

Skills Required

- Property management experience required

- Knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Qualified presentation and attention to detail

Qualifications and Requirements

- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

- Valid Australian driver’s licence.

- Reliable personal vehicle for property inspections, open homes and other work-related travel.

What’s On Offer

- $80,000 – $100,000 base depending on level of experience + uncapped performance-based commissions
