About the role

We're looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to co-lead our kindergarten room alongside another ECT. You'll share the planning, the thinking and the wins. Two robust teachers, backing each other, so every child gets the best of both of you.

Key responsibilities

- Co-lead the kindergarten room with another ECT

- Share planning and thinking with your co-teacher

- Support child-led projects and follow children's curiosity

- Provide rich documentation and genuine connection with families

- Facilitate nature play, risk, mess and unhurried learning

- Support children with additional needs

- Maintain calm and steady presence when the day goes sideways

About you

- Three or more years' post-graduate experience as an ECT

- ACECQA-approved ECT qualification and QCT registration (or eligibility)

- Lived understanding of nature play: risk, mess, awe and unhurried learning

- Love of child-led projects and ability to follow children's curiosity





- Strong documentation skills and warm, genuine connection with families

- Bush kindy experience, or a real hunger to build it

- Generosity as a co-teacher: you share ideas, credit and the hard days

- Ability to read a room and read a child, and trust the process
