Taco Street is looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, works well in a team and takes pride in preparing quality food.

Key responsibilities

- Food preparation and cooking

- Assisting with daily kitchen operations

- Maintaining food quality and consistency

- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards

- Stock preparation, rotation and storage

- Working efficiently during busy service periods

About you

- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred

- Must be available to work 30+ hours per week

- Must be available for morning prep and afternoon/evening shifts

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
