The Successful Candidate Must
- Have solid senior roll restaurant experience.
- Have an appreciation for good food and wine.
- Be a good communicator with problem-solving skills.
- Be career-driven.
- Love people and hospitality.
- Be available for at least 25 hours per week.
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
