ALDI Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team. You will support the Store Manager in running a multi-million-dollar business, from rostering and reporting to coaching staff and maintaining safety standards.

You’ll help develop the next generation of leaders, manage stock and merchandising, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and store performance.
