Tradewind Australia is seeking an experienced Housing & Homelessness Case Manager to support a Crisis Accommodation Program (CAP) in Gladstone. This role provides client-centred case management from intake through to exit, with a mix of face-to-face and online support to help clients navigate crisis accommodation toward protected, sustainable housing outcomes.
