Oscars Group seeks an experienced Assistant Manager 2IC to support the Hotel Manager at Quality Suites Pioneer Sands in Towradgi. You will lead front-of-house operations, supervise staff across housekeeping and guest services, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

This hands-on role requires robust leadership, organisational skills and the ability to manage busy periods, weekends and holidays. Full-time or part-time options with immediate start are available.
