Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Eastgardens

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Eastgardens. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What the role involves

- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- What you will need

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Pay structure





Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
