We at Malt Shovel Taphouse Geelong is looking for casual FOH staff.

Minimum 1 year experience in the industry. Preferred with RSA .

Must be available evenings and weekends. Weekly roster.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service & Greeting: Warmly greet and seat arriving guests, manage reservations or walk-ins, and answer menu questions.
- Ordering & POS Operations: Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS terminal, and process cash or card payments.
- Food & Beverage Service: Deliver meals and drinks promptly, clear tables, and assist with bar or counter duties if required.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain a clean dining and bar environment and adhere strictly to RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines where applicable.
- Communication: Liaise closely with the Back of House (BOH) kitchen team regarding dietary requirements, wait times, and order modifications.

Pay: $26.44 – $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
