Personal Training Position | Mount Sheridan

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Mount Sheridan. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

When you need to be available

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
