Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West South Granville

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in South Granville. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Your responsibilities

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
