PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Burwood

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Burwood. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

When you need to be available

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will do

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness,



or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
