Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Randwick

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Randwick. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

The role

Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.





What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
