Key Responsibilities
- Managing in season inventory by identifying performance and non-performing styles.
- Meet sales target and achieve margin and inventory level budgets.
- Report to other departments and work closely with Production, Design, Marketing, Ecommerce to come up with strategic plan for each season.
- Proactively pursue commercial opportunities and seek to minimise markdown risks.
- Be on top of emerging runway trends and brands.
- Curate styles and ranges best suits the brand/collection.
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in fashion, retail and women’s apparel.
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
- Intermediate level of using Microsoft suite and Adobe.
- Great Knowledge of fashion and fabric industry.
- Passion for fashion, trends and the brand.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make creative and commercial decisions.
