Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Nelson

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Nelson. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week,



about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

The role

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
