Job Vacancy: cocktail Bartender
Location: Porter Room Bar & Restaurant, Sydney CBD
Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities
*must be Professional Cocktail Bartender
* Develop innovative cocktails and seasonal beverage menus.
* Maintain RSA, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
* Manage bar operations, opening/closing, and POS.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a cocktail Bartender, or Bar Supervisor.
* Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and mixology.
* Experience creating signature cocktails essential.
* Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Shifts: 3–4 PM start, 10–11 PM finish, 5–6 days per week.
