About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting a growing e-commerce business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong written communication skills, and is comfortable working with online systems and responding to customer enquiries via email.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
- Use our internal software and systems to manage customer enquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist customers with order updates, delivery enquiries, returns, refunds and general questions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established processes.

About You

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
- Reliable, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.




- Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage but not essential.

Working Hours & Location

- Adaptable working arrangements can be discussed during the interview process.
- Hours can range from 24 to 40 hours per week, depending on the agreed arrangement.
- Office located in Lidcombe, with free shuttle access from Lidcombe Station.
- Car parking can also be organised.
