Rice Club – Neighbourhood Thai Dining in Glen Iris is looking for an experienced Wok Chef to join our kitchen team.
We’re looking for someone who is confident working on a busy wok section and has experience with Thai or Asian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Thai wok dishes to a consistent standard
- Confidently handle high-heat wok cooking during busy service
- Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation
- Follow food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures
- Keep the wok section clean and organised
