Sahib-e-Swad is a vegetarian Indian restaurant looking for reliable and enthusiastic people to join our team. We are hiring for several positions, with full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available. Positions available Vegetarian Curry Chef - Prepare Indian vegetarian curries, dals, gravies and other dishes. - Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation. - Previous experience in an Indian restaurant kitchen is required. Tandoori Chef - Prepare naan, roti, kulcha and vegetarian tandoori dishes. - Manage the tandoor during busy service periods. - Previous tandoor experience is preferred. Tandoor Worker / Assistant - Assist with dough preparation, making naan and roti, and operating the tandoor. - Previous tandoor experience is preferred, but training may be provided to the right candidate. Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher - Assist with vegetable preparation and general kitchen duties. - Wash dishes, utensils and equipment.



- Keep the kitchen clean and organised and support the chefs. Front-of-House Team Member - Welcome customers, take orders, process payments and pack takeaway orders. - Keep the counter and dining area clean and presentable. - Friendly communication and good customer service skills are essential. What we’re looking for - A dependable team member who works well with others. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Valuable food hygiene and cleanliness practices. - Relevant experience for chef roles; experience for other roles is an advantage.
