PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Lilyfield

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Lilyfield. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:





- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Day to day
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
