Mundijong Bottle Shop is seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Second-in-Charge (2IC) to join our growing team.

We are looking for an experienced bottle shop qualified with strong leadership skills who can support management and help oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the manager with the daily operations of the bottle shop.
- Support, guide, and supervise team members to maintain excellent customer service.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers selecting beer, wine, and spirits.
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory control, stock rotation, and store presentation.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing requirements and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) obligations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Take responsibility for store operations in the manager’s absence, as required.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience working in a bottle shop.




- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role will be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and liquor retail operations.
- Experience with stock management, cash handling, and store procedures.
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
- A reliable, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Availability to work 20–35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

Pay: $33.85 – $48.44 per hour
