Powerlink Energy is a leading supplier of energy and industrial equipment, including diesel and gas generators, air compressors and lighting towers. We provide sales, after-sales and service support to customers across a range of industries.

As we continue to grow our operations in Brisbane, we are looking for Sales & Operations to support the day-to-day running of our Brisbane branch.

The Role

This is an all-round position combining sales, customer support and branch operations. The role will involve working directly with customers while also helping coordinate the daily operational requirements of the branch.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and willing to get involved across different areas of the business. The position offers long-term development opportunities, with the potential to progress further within the company.

Previous experience in sales, operations, machinery, industrial equipment or a similar environment would be highly regarded.

Mandarin-speaking skills would be an advantage but are not essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries and understand their requirements
- Follow up sales leads and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers




- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements
- Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and general operational requirements
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the branch
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Warehouse and other internal departments
- Coordinate jobs and customer requirements between relevant teams
- Maintain accurate sales, customer and operational records
- Assist in resolving customer and operational issues
- Develop a solid understanding of the company’s products and services
- Provide general support to branch management as required
- Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time
