Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Darlington

Looking for a casual personal training role in Darlington? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your responsibilities
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.





Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
