Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Yennora

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Yennora who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr




- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr

- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
