Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Moe Trafalgar East

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Trafalgar East. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

What you will do

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

How we support you

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.





Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
