We're looking for a confident, experienced FOH all-rounder who knows how to handle a busy bar and restaurant without losing their cool.

What we're looking for:

- Solid cocktail-making experience – essential.
- Confident making drinks quickly and consistently.
- Barista skills are a bonus.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great customer service skills.
- Ability to move quick, multitask and stay organised under pressure.
- Calm under the pump. No panicking, no losing your smile, even when things get hectic.
- Someone who takes initiative, works independently and genuinely enjoys hospitality.

We're a busy, independent burger bar with a relaxed atmosphere, great drinks and a solid focus on looking after our customers.
