We are seeking a passionate assistant who loves early mornings, creating consistent baked goods and being a part of a close-knit team.

MUST have, minimum 1-2 years bakery experience, have full working rights in Australia to be available full time, availability on weekends and comfortable with early morning starts (3am)

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparing a variety of breads and pastries to the highest quality standard

· Assist in overseeing the full baking process

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and equipment checks are completed before every shift

· Follow health and safety guidelines with care and professionalism

· Attention to detail with ingredients, mis and kneading dough and operating bakery equipment safely





· Working collaborative with the baker and pastry chef to maintain supply levels and support smooth daily operations

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
