Talent Success is recruiting Supermarket Assistants, Grocery Team Members, Checkout Operators, Deli Assistants, Produce Assistants, Night Fillers and Shelf Stockers for established supermarkets in Bordertown and Robe, South Australia.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who are willing to relocate to regional South Australia and commit to ongoing work.

No supermarket experience? That's okay. We welcome candidates with transferable experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, warehousing, manufacturing or general labouring. Training will be provided to suitable candidates depending on the department.

- Grocery Assistant

- Shelf Stocker
- Stock Replenishment Assistant
- Store Assistant

Your department, duties and roster will depend on the available vacancy and the employer's operational requirements.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities may include:

Grocery & Stock Replenishment

- Replenish shelves and maintain stock availability
- Receive, unload and organise deliveries
- Rotate products using FIFO procedures
- Check product quality, presentation and expiry dates
- Keep shelves and stock areas clean and organised

Checkout & Customer Service





- Operate checkout registers and process customer purchases
- Assist customers with enquiries
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Support general store operations when required

Deli & Fresh Produce

- Prepare and display deli products where required
- Maintain fruit and vegetable displays
- Check freshness, quality and product presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

General Supermarket Duties

- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow WHS procedures and workplace policies
- Perform manual handling and stock-handling tasks
- Work collaboratively with other team members

About You

We're looking for candidates who are:

- Reliable, punctual and committed to regular attendance
- Physically capable of standing, lifting and performing manual handling
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for the required hours and roster
- Willing and able to relocate to Bordertown or Robe, South Australia

Experience That Will Be an Advantage

- Supermarket and grocery retail
- Retail sales and customer service
- Checkout and cashier operations
