Allied Health For Life is a growing mobile allied health provider delivering personalised, high-quality healthcare services across South Western Sydney and surrounding areas.

We are looking for motivated and compassionate physiotherapists to join our expanding team on a contractor basis.

Our services primarily focus on supporting older adults through the Support at Home program, alongside NDIS participants.

Whether you're looking for additional work alongside your current role or wanting to build a regular community caseload, we offer flexibility, consistent referrals and full administrative support.

About the Role

As a mobile physiotherapist, you will provide physiotherapy services to clients in their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.
- Providing rehabilitation, pain management, strengthening, balance training and falls prevention interventions.




- Supporting older adults and NDIS participants to improve mobility, function and independence.
- Prescribing individualised home exercise programs.
- Completing clinical notes and reports in a timely manner.
- Communicating with clients, families and care coordinators as required.

Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a community setting.
- Willingness to obtain or maintain relevant screening checks and insurance required for contractor work.

Highly Regarded

- Vietnamese-speaking physiotherapists are highly encouraged to apply. Proficiency in other languages is also valued.
- Experience in aged care, community physiotherapy or NDIS.
- Experience managing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.

Work Arrangements

This is a flexible contractor opportunity suitable for physiotherapists who want to supplement their current employment or gradually build a community based caseload.

You can nominate your preferred working days, hours and service areas, with referrals allocated based on availability and client demand.
