Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Preston Brunswick

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Brunswick. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What you will do

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk current enquiries through how the training works.
- Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week:



$40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
