We’re a well-established podiatry clinic in North Adelaide, and we’re looking for an experienced, self-directed person to help keep our days running smoothly. You’ll be the person clients meet first and the one our clinicians rely on to keep everything moving, from the front desk through to supporting treatment sessions.
You’ll be comfortable working independently, noticing what needs doing and getting on with it, without needing someone to check over your shoulder.
What your days will look like
- Answering phones and welcoming patients in a warm, professional way
- Booking and managing appointments
- Handling billing and payments accurately
- Managing patient recalls so people get back in when they’re due
- Checking and ordering clinic stock
- Cleaning and sterilising instruments, including autoclave use, following infection control standards
- Supporting our programs
About you
- Experience in a reception, administration or allied health assistant role, ideally in a clinic or healthcare setting
- Confident working on your own and managing your time across a mix of tasks
- Careful with detail, especially in billing,
bookings and sterilisation records
- Reliable and communicative. If your plans change, you let us know early
- A warm, calm manner with all clients,
- Comfortable learning clinic software and new equipment
- Cert III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, Health Administration or similar is a plus, but your experience matters most to us
