Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Stanmore

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Stanmore. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Your responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.




- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
