The Role

As a Part Time Public Area Cleaner, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for hotel guests.

Working closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager, your responsibilities will include:

✔ Cleaning and maintaining hotel public areas to a high standard

✔ Ensuring guest areas, corridors, lobbies and facilities are clean, tidy and well-presented

✔ Keeping housekeeping equipment clean and in good working order

✔ Assisting guests with requests where possible

✔ Working as part of a friendly and supportive hotel housekeeping team

Who We Are Looking For

✅ Enthusiastic,



reliable and hardworking individuals with a outstanding attitude

✅ Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred

✅ Genuine pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation

✅ Friendly and confident when interacting with guests and hotel team members

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Strong organisation and time management skills

✅ Willingness to commit to at least 4 days a week on a rotating roster, including morning and afternoon shifts

✅ Full Australian working rights
