Atlas Adventure in Australia is seeking a trade-qualified Chef with 3–5 years of experience for 4+ week ongoing contracts across hotels, pubs, and resorts. You will join a team of 10+ people, prepare fine dining and bulk meals, and contribute to menu ideas.

A strong work ethic, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail are essential. Perks include transport to the venue, accommodation, meals on shift, and ongoing opportunities with leading clients.
