Your role will see you leading, coaching and motivating the crew to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew. We’re located in Frenchs Forest.

What You'll Be Doing

- Inspire the Crew: Team up with the management squad to train, coach, and motivate the crew to deliver first‑class guest service.
- Own the Shift: Lead by example on the line or the registers, keeping the vibe fun, focused, and fast.
- Keep it Clean & Safe: Champion our 100% clean food standards, food safety, and top‑tier presentation.
- Run the Numbers: Help manage labour, look after deliveries, and smash store goals like a pro!
- Leading the EJ Way and supporting the team during service.
- Keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Coaching and training team members to build confidence and capability.
- Delivering consistent, guest‑focused experiences.
- Supporting rostering and shift organisation.
- Helping drive performance against restaurant goals and KPIs.
- Upholding food safety, cleanliness and WHS standards.
- Managing stock levels so the kitchen and service never miss a beat.

What We're Looking For

- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
- Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
- Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a busy retail, hospitality,



or fast‑food environment.
- A “customer‑first” mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure when the lunch or dinner rush hits.
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including some evenings and weekends.
- Reliability, organisation and the ability to lead by example.
- Performance and outcome driven for the success of the restaurant.
