Kirinari is seeking Christmas casual Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence and helping participants achieve their goals. Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, you will support daily living, promote choice and community participation.

You will work within a therapeutic support model with adaptable rosters during December 2026 and January 2027.
