As a Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Student, you will play an key role in supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy, assisting customers with their healthcare needs and helping create a welcoming and positive customer experience.

As a Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Student, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy, assisting customers with their healthcare needs and helping create a welcoming and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities





- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their health and wellbeing needs.

- Provide appropriate product recommendations within your training and scope of practice.

- Assist with stock management, replenishment and merchandising.

- Maintain a clean, organised and qualified retail environment.

- Support pharmacists and other team members in daily pharmacy operations.

- Assist with promotional activities and product displays.

About You

- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively in a team.

- Enthusiastic about health, wellbeing and community pharmacy.

- Willing to learn and develop new skills.

- Flexible availability, including weekends.

Previous pharmacy or retail experience will be highly regarded, although not essential.
