Liberty Community Connect is seeking a dedicated home and community support worker on the Gold Coast to assist elderly and disabled adults and their carers. You will deliver domestic assistance, social connection, personal care and respite while ensuring versatile, goal‑oriented care.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in aged/disability/community services, have a valid NDIS workers clearance, CPR/First Aid, a current driver’s licence and a reliable insured vehicle.
