Loulou, part of Etymon Projects, is recruiting experienced Bakers for our French all-day Bistro, Boulangerie and Traiteur at Lavender Bay. The role centers on artisan breads, with early mornings, daytime and overnight shifts to support our bread production schedule.

We welcome candidates with 3 years in baking and 1 year in artisan breads, plus robust product knowledge and time management. Casual and full-time positions are available, with opportunities for growth within our expanding venues.
