Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in a flexible, work-from-home capacity. This permanent part-time role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for our childcare centres, maintaining a warm, skilled candidate experience from screen to offer.

You’ll screen resumes, shortlist candidates for centres, coordinate interviews, and manage pre-employment checks, while staying the main point of contact for applicants.
